Susan Steinhafel, the former Vice President and Programs Chair for the Herb Society of America-WI will be exploring herb garden design options, sharing inspiring herb recipes and informing us about the basic cultural and medical value of herbs.
Susan has taught culinary arts with cooking with herbs, holds many roles supporting visual arts in several community boards and has been a landscape designer for 35 years, creating outdoor gardens all over Wisconsin.
She has hosted her garden twice for the annual Roots and Branches Gardens of West Bend Tour, sharing what a garden looks like as part of the Green Bridges programs for urban development to increase awareness for pollinators.
